About the event
Join Chef Gordon and learn about how to make a Consommé from Soloist Stocks, as well as Aioli's and dressings and the technique of subtle smoking for lovely Summer dishes. We will end on the sweeter side by making a Zabaione. All followed by a delicious meal as usual.
